WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

 

BOOKING DEPOSIT: A 20% deposit is required when booking for any service and will be applied to the services rendered during your visit. Deposits made are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made past the 24 hour window prior to your scheduled appointment. 

REFUNDS: All of our treatments and procedures are carried out to the highest possible standard at Endlessfix Beauty Bar.

Hyaluron Pen Treatments: With non-invasive procedures, there is no guarantee to the outcome, and it is at the client's own risk that these procedures are undertaken as stated in the consents. When dermal fillers are used to complete a treatment, those products are not refundable once administered.

Lash Extensions: We will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. The service must be a mistake from the service provider. Not something you might have changed your mind after the service has been performed. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date. 

LATE: Please be courteous to your artist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment and will require a new non-refundable deposit.

CANCELLATION: In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any requests to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment will require a new non-refundable deposit.

CONTRAINDICATIONS & LIMITATIONS: We may require doctor's permission to perform treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions. We do not perform treatments on women who are Pregnant, Nursing and under the age of 18.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: Endlessfix reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
